American Union Elementary School Principal, Heather Gomez, challenged her students to read for 30 minutes a day during summer vacation. Principal Gomez is excited that AU’s outdoor Lending Library is open during the summer months to help students meet this goal. Students, families, and community members are encouraged to visit the free Lending Library which is stationed outside the school’s main office.
