Washington Union High School graduate, Lilliana Ruiz, was recently honored as the 2020 Dellavalle Soil Science Scholarship Recipient. Ruiz was chosen because of her leadership skills, academic achievement, and plans to study soil science in the future.
Ruiz has plans to attend Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, studying Hydrology and Soil Science. She was interviewed on local News/Talk radio station KMJ 580 and 105.9. To listen to the interview, click on the link below.
