Please read the following before placing a bid.

By placing a bid and participating in the Washington Unified School District Online Auction you agree to and are bound by the following rules and conditions.

Washington Unified School District Board approved surplus equipment and supplies shall be placed on this website and sold to the highest bidder. Each auction posting shall include pictures and a brief description of the item or items, the auction starting bid, and the auction end time. Items are sold as is with no warranty by the district. A bidder may view the items prior to the end of the auction by contacting the district.

Notification of new auctions shall be sent out to all registered participants of the auction website. To register for new auction notifications please register at http://auction.washingtonunified.org/register.php?. Notifications of new auctions may also be posted on free public message and advertising websites such as craigslist.com. Each auction shall have a starting bid with minimum bid increments.

Auctions will have a closing date and time posted. All bids placed within the last five (5) minutes of the auction shall extend the auction end time an additional five (5) minutes from the time of the last bid. Once five (5) minutes has passed from the last bid the auction will end.

After the end of each auction the bidder with the highest valid bid shall be contacted by the District either by email or at the phone number provided and shall have five (5) days in which to pick up and pay for the auction items.

Any inquiries into the results of an auction must be made within 24 hours. All decisions regarding an auction made by the district are final.

Payments shall be made at the Washington Unified School District Office at 7950 S. Elm Ave., Fresno, CA 93706 in the form of cash, money order or cashier’s check.
