Easton High and Easton Community Day students recently attended the Educational Employees Credit Union’s “Wise Up” financial literacy workshop.

According to EECU’s website, “Wise Up is designed to help students understand the realities that come with financial freedom by participating in real-life scenarios.” Participating students worked through a series of real-life situations that helped train them to make wise financial decisions for their future.  They learned about choosing a career, gross monthly income, and standard income deductions.

Superintendent Randy Morris and Board Member Eddie Ruiz were also on hand to answer questions for students. WUSD thanks EECU for their support in teaching our students.
