WUSD Read Across America

Read Across America began in 1998 to encourage students to read. Because of Theodore Geisel’s contribution to childrens’ literature, Read Across America was set on his (Dr.Seuss’) birthday on March 2nd. In the past decade, the day turned into a week long celebration of all things books and reading!
