Developer Fees are fees that are paid by property owners and developers to school districts to mitigate the impact created by new development within a school districts boundaries on the school districts facilities.
WUSD Current Fees effective Febuary 16, 2025 (effective per Board Approval December 18, 2024)
New Residential Construction $5.17 per SF
Additions to Residences $5.17 per SF
Mobile Homes $5.17 per SF
Commercial and Industrial Construction $0.84 per SF
